Under the new licence agreement with Council, if they damage the fence they repair it and quickly. Any other damage sustained to the fence, apart from the Council's mowers is our responsibility. Under the new contract with Council, they are also responsible for major capital upgrades and repairs to the Clubhouse. The committee feels this is a good outcome for our Club, as any money earmarked for capital repairs can now be spent on other areas.
