A very extensive document was prepared and submitted to Council. The club's document was obviously well prepared and thanks should go to Gordon Gimson, Marion Windle and the executive of the committee from 2 years ago, because they were successful in their application.
Over the last couple of months there has been some negotiations with council about payment of utilities and who is responsible for the cost of major capital works. These issues have now been resolved and the contract signed.
