A trip to the courts after the winds subsided saw lots of leaf litter left on courts 1,2,3 and 4. It took over three and a half hours to clear the debris from the courts, before re-sanding can happen. While the trees on the side of courts 1 and 5 offer a great wind break, they certainly have their down side. Every time we have strong winds in an easterly direction we have major clean up duties so that our comps can proceed.
They look a whole lot better re-sanded and ready for the Autumn comp to start. Courts 3 and 4 are next to be re-sanded.
